Laura Rulon

For the past 10 years, Laura Rulon has guided buyers and sellers, helping them find not just houses, but homes that truly fit their lifestyle. A licensed Realtor in both California and Florida, she is a NAR-designated Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and a NAR-designated Resort and Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS). Laura is known for her integrity, collaborative spirit, and genuine care for her clients, always keeping their best interests at the center of every decision. 

Having lived in Southern California for over 15 years, Laura brings deep familiarity with both Orange and San Diego counties. Residing in their hometown of Rancho Mission Viejo, Laura, her husband Tom, and their dog Levi appreciate the sense of community, the amazing amenities, and the convenient location. There's not a day that goes by that Laura is not in awe of the natural beauty and incredible weather that makes Orange County such a special place to live. 

In her free time, Laura enjoys coastal walks with friends, live music, exploring local farmer's markets, volunteering, playing pickleball, pilates, and time and travel with her husband, three daughters, and their significant others!
