Travis Mullen, CFA, is a licensed Realtor with eXp Realty, serving clients throughout Southern California. With a background spanning investment banking, private equity, and mortgage lending, Travis brings an unmatched level of financial insight and professionalism to every real estate transaction.

Before transitioning into real estate, Travis spent years advising and managing mergers and acquisitions valued between $30 million and $100 million+. As a Partner at a private equity firm, he worked closely with business owners, investors, and boards to structure and negotiate complex deals — experience that now benefits his clients in every home purchase or sale.

Travis began his career in the mortgage industry in 2005, giving him a solid foundation in lending strategy and client relations. He holds both a Mortgage Loan Officer and Realtor license, has passed all three levels of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) exams, and earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Cal State Fullerton and his Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California.
